Can I set the live, interactive field as my wallpaper?+
Not as a true system wallpaper — iOS doesn't let apps drive the home or lock screen in real time. What you can do is export a still or a 3-second Live Photo from any field and set that. The fully interactive version always lives inside the app.
Will it drain my battery?+
Only while the app is open and on screen. Flux caps rendering at 60fps and pauses completely the moment it goes to the background. It does no work when you're not looking at it.
Do I need an account?+
No. There's no sign-up, no email, nothing to create. Open the app and you're in the field.
What devices are supported?+
iPhone running iOS 17 and above. The shaders use Metal, so they run smoothly on any device from the last several years.
Where do my exported images go?+
Straight into your Photos library, on your device. Flux never uploads them anywhere — there's nowhere for them to go but your own camera roll.
